Located right in the heart of Glenview, Illinois, Pappi's Pizza has been a local favorite since opening its doors back in 1990.

Pappi’s Pizza has been a proud part of the Glenview community, built on family, tradition, and a passion for great food. Founders Mike and Lucy came to the United States from Colombia in search of new opportunities, bringing with them a strong work ethic and a love for hospitality. After gaining experience in the restaurant industry, they opened Pappi’s Pizza with a simple goal: serve high-quality pizza and create a welcoming place for the community.

Over the years, Pappi’s has remained a true family-run business, with multiple generations helping carry on the tradition. While known for its classic Chicago-style pizzas, the restaurant has also embraced creativity, most notably with its signature “Pizzalad,” a unique combination of fresh salad served atop a crispy pizza crust. More than 30 years later, Pappi’s continues to serve Glenview with the same dedication to quality, innovation, and community that it was founded on.
